Ritenour Bruelleyn Karschnick was born in Jarreswood Township, Michigan. He was trained in Shotokan Karate by Hiamoto Karschnick. Now Ritenour is a Shotokan Master.
Ritenour is also the twin brother of Middlebelt (Metropolitan) Durranis and cousin of Plymouth Finklestins.
To most people, Ritenour is pure evil, but the part about it is that he can control his evil powers as well as his good.
He is also the maker of the Karschnick Language, a language used for sorcerers and sorceresses, healers, and ritualists. It is used in chanting and rituals, and is used to connect with spirits, magick, and very, very powerful energy, more powerful than anyone can imagine!
Karschnick is also a master swordsman and sorcerer. (He would not have been known as a master sorcerer if it wasn't for the Karschnick language!)
He holds one of the most powerful swords ever, the Untimate Devastator Fury Sword. It is a sword that is very, very hard to break! Even though it sounds like an evil kind of sword, it is a sword that connects the energy of the sword with the bearer's emotional spirit. That means pure peace or pure evil might cause a powerful surge wave, making it towards whatever might come into. If it is evil rage, then its energy will be toward destroying something that gets in its way. One thing about the evil though is that after a certain level, that evil is uncontrollable. Now, if it is good, it will be the benefit, like Middlebelt, for powerful healing. The sword, connected with the spirit, holds massive amounts of powerful energy, making it very effective when Karschnick put his "all" into it.
But, the thing about good or bad is the way people are to him. If they act evil, then that evil is increased 100-fold, and could produce a powerful raging energy storm, meaning that the person can be killed instantly with that powerful energy, and Karschnick's sheer evil energy. However, on the other, a loving person will love Karschnick, as he is a good spirit towards people who are him, and that will be increased 100 fold, making world peace a reality when Karschnick around.

Sailor Star Devastator is somewhat like Sailor Star Healer, only there is an evil side to him. That is why he is a special Starlight...because of the fact that he doesn't not look like a Starlight, but inside, he has the power of one.
Ritenour uses the Ultimate Devastator Fury Sword as the Sailor Star Devastator as well. Sorcery oves are also used as well. Basically, the only thing that ight change on Ritenour is the uniform and his increase in powers. other than that, there's your Ritenour. *L*
Updates on Ritenour Karschnick
1-25-99 - Ritenour Karschnick was about to leave for Mobley Township, when he stopped over on 24 Mile and Greenfield, and saw bus #7717. then, he saw everybody in a war, but Middlebelt, with the Officer uniform all damaged. He did not know it was from that Star Crescent Laser of Star Twin's until Middlebelt told him when he was in Ritenour's car. From then, he used a few sorcery techniques to feel Middlebelt's aura, and it felt like it was only 53 hours to live. Ritenour asked Middy who did it, and Middy said Sailor Star Twin, Donald Vincent. Ritenour became temporary leader of the Starlights until either Middlebelt is revived or dead. But for one, if he dies, the first person that he will be looking for is Sailor Star Twin! And from that, Ritenour became Sailor Star Devastator!
1-26-99 - Ritenour and Middlebelt (known as Metropolitan now) were together all day, and Ritenour went to the chatroom. He is already evil, so then finding out about Star Twin coming in, everybody held up Ritenour because they knew that Star Devastator was going to kill Star Twin. Middlebelt came in. Then, Middlebelt forgiven Star Twin, and the revenge was called off for Ritenour. But still he has to keep in powerful shape to keep up in case this happened again.
1-27-99/1-28-99 - Ritenour was fighting Star Twin after trying to get revenge for Middlebelt. Unfortunantely, it went the other way, as the holy explosion weakened Ritenour...and he will be out for another few days. From that, Middlebelt's bus was destroyed and was raged.
